Job DescriptionWork involves managing 50+ staff of doctors, drivers, dog catchers, cleaners and others to ensure that work happens in clock work precision. This position is not open to part time Volunteers.
AgeWithin 50 Years.
EducationGraduate. Could be relaxed in exceptional cases.
ComputersExpert or Literate in MS Office. Knowledge of Tally Preferred
MobilityMust own at least a two-wheeler. Valid driving license must
SexPreferably Male. Female (We do not wish to discriminate so head strong Tom-Boys with capacity to work and rule in a all male atmosphere welcome)
LanguagesEnglish, Hindi and Kannada. Telgu and Tamil will be added advantage.
SalaryRs. 4,000/- to Rs. 10,000/- depending on talent. Higher Salary could be considered for exceptionally talented candidates.
Preferred TalentKind towards animals. Ability to forge excellent human relations with ground level staff, treating every one with dignity and respect and ensure that they all work as a team. Develop systems and instill discipline among staff.
