2. Constantly clean up the garbage. 
3. Protect against epidemics & other dangerous diseases. 
4. Pet therapy. Offset pathological effects of social isolation. 
5. Children & Adults develop compassion. Promoting a Crime free society.

Demerits of dog population

1. Excessive barking. 
2. Chasing vehicles. 
3. Attacking strangers & suspicious characters. 
4. Mating on streets. 
5. Fear of rabies & other diseases.
